These Terms of Use govern your use of FBAStock (fbastock.com), a business-to-business marketplace for surplus and overstock goods operated by Smart Design Solutions Trading, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By using the site or publishing a listing, you agree to these terms.
1. We are a listing venue only
FBAStock lets sellers publish stock and lets buyers contact them. We are not a party to any sale, do not own, inspect, store, or ship any goods, and do not handle payments. Any agreement is made directly between buyer and seller.
2. Sellers
If you publish a listing, you confirm that you own the stock or are authorised to sell it, that it is legal to sell where the stock is located and wherever you offer it, and that your title, description, quantity, price, condition, and photos are accurate and not misleading. You are responsible for your listings, your dealings with buyers, and any taxes, customs, licences, or permits that apply.
3. Buyers
Buyers deal directly with sellers. Check the goods, the seller, and the terms of the deal yourself before paying. We do not guarantee any seller, listing, or transaction.
4. Prohibited items and conduct
Do not list or ask about: counterfeit or replica goods, stolen goods, weapons, ammunition or explosives, drugs or controlled substances, tobacco or vaping products, alcohol, prescription medicines, recalled or unsafe products, hazardous materials, adult content, live animals, or anything else that is illegal where the stock is located or where it is offered or infringes someone else's rights. Do not post spam, false information, or other people's personal data, and do not try to disrupt or misuse the site.
5. Removing listings
We may edit, hide, or remove any listing, or block any user, at any time and without notice, for example if we believe it breaks these terms or the law.
6. No warranty
FBAStock is a beta service provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings are accurate, complete, or legal.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from transactions between users, from listings or messages posted by users, or from use of or inability to use the site, including lost profits or indirect losses. FBAStock is a free test service that only connects sellers and buyers. We accept no liability whatsoever, and our total liability to you is zero (AED 0). You use the site entirely at your own risk. You agree to compensate us for claims resulting from your listings or your breach of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
