This policy explains how Smart Design Solutions Trading, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us") handles personal data on FBAStock (fbastock.com).
What we collect
- Sellers: name or brand, contact email, and optional phone / WhatsApp number, plus listing content (title, description, quantity, price, condition) and the photos you upload.
- Buyers: the name, email, optional phone, and message you send through the "Contact seller" form.
- Sign-in: your email address and one-time sign-in codes (stored only as a secure hash and valid for 30 minutes).
- Listing alerts: if you subscribe to alert emails, your email address and your chosen country/category filters.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security and rate limiting.
Why we use it
To publish and manage listings, pass buyer enquiries to sellers, send sign-in codes and private manage links, prevent abuse, and run and improve the site.
What is public
Listing content, photos, and the seller name/brand are shown publicly. If a seller provides a phone / WhatsApp number, buyers can message them on WhatsApp from the listing, and can tap the phone icon to reveal the number (it is not shown until revealed). The seller's email address is not shown on the site; buyer messages are forwarded to the seller by email, so the seller will see the buyer's contact details in order to reply.
Service providers
Emails (sign-in codes, manage links, buyer enquiries, listing alerts, notifications) are sent through Brevo. The site and its data are hosted by GoDaddy. These providers process data on our behalf only to provide their services. We do not sell personal data.
Listing alert emails
If you subscribe to "Get alerts", we store your email address, your optional country and category preferences, and when you subscribed and were last emailed. We first send a confirmation email, and only send alerts after you click the confirmation link. Your email is used only to send you a weekly email of new listings matching your preferences (sent through Brevo) — never shown publicly, shared with sellers, or used for anything else. Every alert email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, which deletes your address from our alert list. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days. You can also ask us to delete it at any time at support@fbastock.com.
Cookies and local storage
We use a cookie only to keep you signed in after you enter a Seller sign-in code (up to 30 days on that device), and the browser may keep small items needed for that session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Listings and seller details are kept while the listing is live and for a limited time after it is deleted (including backups). Sign-in codes expire after 30 minutes. Buyer enquiries and logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and for security.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your listings at any time using your manage link or Seller sign in. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, email support@fbastock.com.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
